Goldfinger Invest is an educational research and market-analysis tool only. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, or trading platform.

1. Use of the Platform
You may use Goldfinger Invest to view market data, research dashboards, watchlists, alerts, educational content, and subscription features. You are responsible for your own account security and for all activity under your account.

2. No Financial Advice
All scores, signals, summaries, alerts, reports, and educational content are general information only. They are not personalized investment advice and should not be treated as instructions to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

3. No Custody or Trade Execution
Goldfinger Invest does not hold client assets, accept trading funds, execute trades, or connect directly to brokerage order placement. Any trading decision is made independently by you through your own broker or platform.

4. Data and Availability
Market data, news, fundamentals, institutional holdings, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and monitoring may depend on third-party providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
行情、新闻、基本面、机构持仓、支付、邮件、分析和监控可能依赖第三方服务，数据可能延迟、不完整、不可用或存在错误。
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions unlock product features according to the plan selected. Pricing, plan names, features, and cadence may change as the product develops. You may cancel according to the checkout and account-management flow available at the time.

6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attack infrastructure, scrape at abusive volume, resell access without permission, reverse engineer private algorithms, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldfinger Invest is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, outages, third-party failures, or decisions made based on platform content.
